If you make a mistake and do not ship all items back in your pre-paid return bag, email us at email@example.com to request an additional return label. You will be responsible for finding a new return bag or box. Your next box will not be sent until you Return Notify the outstanding items and we physically receive them or you decide to buy an item(s).
